  Good Luck trying to get a correct Quote/Policy. I was on the phone for over 90 mins with one rep to have a policy go from one price to almost double over a loss that occurred over 4 years ago. They had no info on the loss, only that it was on one of the reports and therefore I must be at fault for it. Finally found it and it was for dmg to my truck while parked. I called back. Christine G got on a Chat and would not change their quote, wanted me to pay $1000 more for a loss that I was not at fault for and then will "update" it when I dispute it in writing. Could not tell me how long that would take. She then terminated the conversation without finishing it. I guess because it was after midnight and that's when their Chat ends so she decided it was her time to clock out. Except that they were the ones that had me on the phone for over 2 hours. I work for an auto ins carrier and we would never speak or treat a customer in such a manner. No I can't go through my own carrier since we only handle risk policies which obviously I am not.

  Passive aggressive insurance is a much better name. Did an online quote but website issue with payment. So called up and provided quote number and wanted to complete payment. But operator resigned me. Probably for commission. Took about 30 phone calls and I have no idea how many emails to try and fix that was just to get it so I could access account online. But other mistakes were made. I rang up and explained the mistakes. But got told to not worry or to go online and sort it myself. No operator wanted to deal with this. After 2 months i get an increase in insurance. No kidding. 100% because of mistakes made by progressive not me. But do not want to fix. Instead it's hundreds and hundreds of emails and 1 or 2 letters a day to I guess guilt or blackmail me into staying. Should never have been a problem. First phone call should have fixed. So incompetent I have switched to another insurer. Could not sign me up. What happens when there is an issue. I have no confidence I even have insurance with passive aggressive insurance
